And I actually like both Ryo and Maki, but I'm not sure they'd fit as Sano and Mizuki though? For one, I feel like Ryo isn't tall enough, haha. And I'm not sure, adorable as she is, if Maki would make a pretty boy. Eeeh. :p
For cross dressing in live action, have you seen the Princess Princess dorama? ^^;
And Girl Got Game has, uh, basketball right? And a love triangle? And was originally called Power!! ?? I think I read the first few volumes. It would make a fitting dorama. XD
