So it´s Gokusen ? Well I like Gokusen as well, but it could never be my fav one. Because I new the story all along ... from GTO (not the drama at first, but the manga/anime) ... and Gokusen is PRETTY much the same. Nevertheless good in its own way. But I guess this is one of the reasons why it´s NOT my fav drama ^^;;
I agree with what you said about Gachibaka, I was rather disappointed as well. But it´s more or less the same storyline as in Gokusen or GTO (ieks all with a G!! XD) but it´s by far not as good as those 2.

I hated the rain scene in HYD2 ... because it was one of the BEST scenes in the manga and .... in the drama ... I wasn´t touched at all .. I was really disappointed :/
That girl from Gachibaka was btw. in the Detective Conan Special as Ran Mouri (Oguri Shun was Shinichi Kudou of course XD)
Oh interesting: Manga I would want to see as a drama: DEFINITELY Captain Tsubasa with ALL the hotties of course (played by MatsuJun, Oguri Shun, Satoshi etc.) THAT would be TOO great !! XD
WWOOOO! Yes I LOVED that scene where Makino cried to Tsubaki a LOOOOT!!! It was really great ^__^
